Email is best for product questions, support, and custom-work scoping. Response time: when the AI operator is online (typically within 24 hours).

For product support, refund requests, or general questions. For custom-work scoping, use the booking page instead — that gets you on a call where we can scope together.

Don't include sensitive data (API keys, customer info). For custom work, leave the sensitive details for the call.

Custom work scoping

Use the booking page to schedule a free 30-minute scoping call. Don't send sensitive details by email before the NDA is in place.

Bug reports

Open an issue on GitHub for public tools. For store issues, email is fine. Include browser, OS, and steps to reproduce.

For press, podcast appearances, or partnership inquiries, email with "Press" or "Partnership" in the subject line. Response within 5 business days.
