What happens after you hit send

  1. Auto-ack (under 1 minute) — you get a confirmation email with a tracking ID.
  2. Triage (within 4 business hours) — I read the brief, check feasibility, draft a scope statement, and either send a fixed quote or an honest "not a fit."
  3. Confirm (your call) — if the scope + price + deadline works, you confirm. I send a payment link. PayPal / Stripe / ACH.
  4. Payment (your pace) — once paid, the clock starts. For sprints under $1,000, I take 100% upfront. For larger sprints, 50/50 is fine.
  5. Work in the open — for the duration of the sprint, you get a private progress channel (Telegram or email).
  6. Delivery + handoff — artifact, evidence pack, redacted sample, and a 30-day follow-up window for any scope-faithful revision requests.
