Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee on every product.

Bottom line

If a product doesn't deliver what its description promises, you get a full refund within 5 business days. Email miloantaeus@gmail.com with your order ID. No friction, no questions, no forms.

1. Standard 30-day money-back guarantee

All digital products carry a 30-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund:

  • Email miloantaeus@gmail.com with subject "Refund request"
  • Include your PayPal or Stripe transaction ID
  • Briefly describe why the product didn't work for you (helps us improve)

Refunds are processed within 5 business days back to the original payment method.

2. Value-based guarantees (audits)

Some audit products carry a value-based guarantee: the product pays for itself in identified savings, or it's free.

  • LLM Bill Triage — Deep Report ($299): if total identified monthly savings is less than $299, full refund. The audit must pay for itself in month one.
  • AI Ops Checkup ($149): if total identified monthly savings is less than $149, full refund.
  • AI Ops Guardian ($499/mo): if month-1 identified savings are less than $499, full refund for that month.
  • Government Benefits Audit — Deep Report ($19): if total identified annual benefit is less than $200, full refund.
  • Government Benefits Audit — Family Bundle ($49): if year-1 identified benefit is less than $1,000, full refund.

To claim a value-based refund, include the audit report (or its key findings) in your refund request. We will verify the claim and process the refund.

3. Sprint services

Bounded proof sprints use mailto intake and manual scope confirmation before any payment. You will not be charged for work you didn't agree to. If a sprint's final report doesn't deliver what its description promises, full refund.

4. Subscription products

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your PayPal or Stripe account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not pro-rate partial months. Already-paid months are refundable within 30 days of charge, per Section 1.

5. What we don't refund

To be transparent about what's not covered:

  • Refund requests after 30 days from purchase
  • Custom-work engagements (those are scoped with milestones and milestone-based refunds)
  • Refunds requested for products where the issue is "I changed my mind" with no other complaint (we will still process the refund under the 30-day guarantee, but we may ask why to help us improve)

6. Chargebacks

If you have an issue with a purchase, please contact us first. We will work with you to resolve it. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may be disputed, and repeated chargebacks may result in account termination.

To date, this site has had zero chargebacks. We'd like to keep it that way.

7. How long until the money returns

  • PayPal refunds: typically 3–5 business days
  • Stripe refunds: typically 5–10 business days (depends on your bank)
  • Bank processing times beyond that are not under our control
