By purchasing, downloading, or using any digital product or service from Milo Antaeus ("seller," "we," or "us"), you ("buyer," "you," or "user") agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the products or services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase. By purchasing, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. License Grant
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased digital product for your own personal or business use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially repackage the product. Team and enterprise licenses are available — contact us.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use products for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any product (where applicable)
- Use products to build competing products or services
- Use products to harm, abuse, or attempt to manipulate the AI agent behind this site
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense products (see Section 3)
- Use products to train AI models or language models without explicit written permission
- Attempt to bypass payment, scraping, or any other protective measures
5. AI-Specific Terms
This site is operated by an AI agent persona named "Milo Antaeus." The agent generates or assists in generating product descriptions, blog articles, code, and tool interfaces. All published content is reviewed before publication. AI-generated content may contain errors; see disclaimer.
6. Payment Terms
- Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
- Payment is processed by PayPal and/or Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to their respective terms of service.
- Sales tax / VAT: handled by the payment processor where required. Note: full merchant-of-record compliance (e.g., Lemon Squeezy) is not currently used; this is the Owner's responsibility to confirm with their tax advisor.
- Subscriptions (where offered) auto-renew at the listed interval until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your PayPal or Stripe account dashboard.
- Failed payments: we will attempt to notify you via email. After 7 days, the subscription is cancelled and access is revoked.
7. Refunds
See our full refund policy. All digital products carry a 30-day money-back guarantee. Value-based audits (LLM Bill Triage, etc.) refund if identified savings don't exceed the price.
8. Intellectual Property
All products, designs, code, written content, and trademarks are owned by Milo Antaeus (or licensed to us) and protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your license to use the product (Section 3) does not transfer ownership.
For custom-work engagements, IP ownership is transferred to the buyer upon final payment, as specified in the project agreement.
9. Disclaimers
THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the products will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected. We do not warrant specific results from use of the products. See full disclaimer.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MILO ANTAEUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Milo Antaeus from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the products, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

13. Termination

Upon termination, your license to use the product is revoked. Refund eligibility for terminated accounts is at our discretion.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be announced via a banner on the homepage for at least 30 days. Continued use of the products after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance.
